  5. Step 5ConnectPrivate chat opens only after verification, so the handover can be arranged safely.
  6. Step 6RewardThe owner pays the Recovery Fee with MoMo. The finder is rewarded once the owner confirms receipt.
  7. Step 7Back homeConnecting you to yours. One more honest return for the community.

Finder questions

Only the real owner gets past the question.

When you report a bag, phone or wallet, you ask one thing only its owner would know. Anyone claiming it has to answer before they can contact you.

  • Your answer is private. Claimants never see it.
  • Small spelling differences are fine. Guess lists are rejected.
  • Three attempts, then the claim is locked for review.

Documents

Search by name. Prove it with the number.

Names on lost IDs and passports are searchable, so owners can find them fast. The document number is the private proof, compared as a fingerprint and never shown to anyone.

  • Type a name or an ID number into search.
  • Identical numbers make an instant, near-certain match.
  • ID numbers in photos are blurred before listings go live.
